We tried a few new Guinness-based recipes for St. Patrick's Day this year!
Guinness steak pie... yum
I cut a shamrock in the center of the pie crust
Cheddar potato scones... more Scottish than Irish, I think, but oh well... they are SO GOOD!
Guinness chocolate pudding... aren't they beautiful?
These were so rich... but so delicious! Guinness... not just for
drinking, although it is certainly good enough to use for just that.
The Guinness recipes are just icing on the cake!
